Managing Partner
Gina is a decisive and accomplished executive leader with 20+ years of experience in the non-profit sector driving transformation and innovative programs, operational growth and maximizing business opportunities. During her career she has specialized in revenue growth programs, partnership development and strategic marketing. She is a program visionary aimed at driving change on a national scale.
Prior to launching Profectus Association Management, Gina was a member of the executive team at the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) where she led strategic initiatives, developed new business ventures, and built successful programs to accelerate the integration and advancement of talent into Canada’s digital economy. At ITAC, she was instrumental in advancing the Business Technology Management (BTM) program which is now offered at close to two dozen accredited educational institutions across Canada. Prior to ITAC, Gina extensively worked with international organizations creating and advancing professional ICT standards.
Gina founded Profectus Association Management in 2019 with the vision of providing services to help non-profit organizations scale, build a stronger brand and identity, build value-added products and services and to more actively and consistently engage members and stakeholders.
